Shipping / Delivery & Returns
We currently deliver to the island of Ireland, EU and most European area countries. For orders that are eligible for Free Shipping (over €70.00) in Ireland we now use DPD Couriers, thus ensuring that your package has "Track & Trace" and is also insured. In certain circumstances we also use standard post for Free Shipping, if for example your order has come in after courier pickup.
Northern Ireland Customers - Please use Ireland as your country to avail of All Ireland / Island delivery rates!
For orders that are not eligible for free shipping, Irish customers also have the option of selecting from a choice of DPD Couriers at a cost of €5.95 or standard An Post rates. See tables below.
(i) Cut off time for same day dispatch with DPD Couriers is 2.00pm. Cut off time for same day dispatch with An Post is 1.00pm If your order is placed outside these cut-off times, your order will be shipped on following business day.
(ii) Orders dispatched by DPD are normally delivered on following business day (not Saturday or Sundays) DPD will contact you directly by text / email to advise of delivery time.
(iii) Your total charge for delivery, along with all the different delivery options we're able to offer for any particular order, will always be clearly displayed at the checkout.

We currently accept online payments using Global Payments as payment processor. We can also accept payment by bank transfer You will find our bank details during the checkout procedure. Goods will not be dispatched until payment in full is received.
Returns - Faulty Goods or Damage in Transit
In the unfortunate case of products being faulty or damaged in transit, we will offer you the choice of either a replacement or a full refund. Goods can be returned by post to:
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice. On receipt we will issue an exchange or refund.
Please see individual product for individual warranty, as most eCigarette products are considered to be consumable. Additionally some products only have a "Dead On Arrival (DOA)" warranty.
You will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Cooling Off Period / Cancellation
You may return a product within 7 days for no reason, as long as the product it is unused, unopened and in the same condition as received.
For health & safety reasons we do NOT accept returns for eLiquids.
